Our SP is Cumberland Park. Meet near the train tracks. Total mileage will be almost 28.
Bring your ruck, weight and plenty of hydration and fuel. The only water resupply will be a the halfway point. No weight requirement - carry what works best for your training goals.

Please join TMF and Nashville Rucking Crew in a Teddy Bear Ruck donating to children in crisis. We will collect from donation containers, locations tbd, and deliver the bears to Midtown Hills Police Precinct.
We honor the legacy of Metro Nashville Police Officer Eric Wayne Mumaw, an 18-year veteran with the department who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Officer Mumaw was a beloved member of his community, and his mother was presented with the Medal of Valor.
Meet at Scarritt-Bennett near the labryinth. We will ruck to Richland Park to drop off donations and then back. Total distance - seven miles.
